How To Select Your Phone Card
Before you can select the right find card you’ll need to know what all of the below information means.

Phone Card: Name of the phone card
Rate A$: the per-minute cost
Connection fee: this is a fee that is deducted from the phone card balance once a call connects. These phone cards often come with a lower rate are recommended for longer duration calls.
Billing increment: How frequently the phone card is charged. For example if a phone card rate is 3.5 cents and the billing increment is 3 minutes then the balance is charged 10.5 cents every 3 minutes. This is the case even if you talk for less than 3 minutes. This is not as bad as it sounds as the most you will ever “lose” on a call is 2 minutes. Of course, you will also find phone cards that have one minute billing increments on our website.
Talk time: this is the amount of talk time you will receive.
Local Access Availability: Shows whether or not we have an access number in your city/town. We cover most areas but it may be worth checking.
If you’re using a mobile phone with free calls in Australia then you can use any of these access numbers as they will be included in your free calls under you mobile plan.
Alternatively, if you are calling from a landline or mobile with no free calls within Australia and there is no local accces number in the area that you are in we have toll number (1300 or 1800) which can be used. Please note however, that there is a surcharge of 5 cents a minute to use the 1300 number and 9 cents a minute to use the 1800 number.
